With over 25 years in business development and sales, Amber is known for bridging the gap between brand story, offer clarity, and the sales narrative teams need to drive revenue. She leads client strategy, brand messaging, and investor positioning, and integrates AI tools in practical, human-first ways to accelerate results without sacrificing trust or authenticity.
Amber brings a rare mix of strategy and presence—she connects quickly, asks the right questions, and distills scattered ideas into actionable plans. is the Co-Founder and COO of Generous Marketing and Generous Legal, and a systems-led digital strategist who helps founders turn big vision into clean operations, scalable workflows, and measurable growth.
With 20+ years of operations experience, Octavia is known for being the calm in the chaos. She specializes in building the infrastructure that makes marketing and client acquisition actually work—CRMs, automation, email systems, intake flows, and streamlined processes that reduce friction and protect time. She’s currently earning her B.S. in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, and brings that perspective into every build, using AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making without turning brands into robots.
Octavia leads digital strategy, operations, automation, and tech implementation across both companies. From optimizing lead pipelines and creating SOP-driven systems to building AI-assisted workflows for content, reporting, and client communications, she turns “we should really…” into “it’s done—and it’s running.”
She brings a rare blend of structure and creativity—equal parts strategist and operator—making complex systems feel simple for busy teams.
